As a recovering desk jockey, I spent decades in schools and office environments choked off from nature, often without even a window to gaze longingly out of, hunched over a computer, fantasizing about feeling the breeze in my hair and the sun on my face.  From daily stretching routines to cocktail party strategy there’s so much we can do to bring a little bit of the outside in, find balance and joy in our every day work life, and create new habits to extend the quantity and quality of life.  We run these jobs 8-10-12 hours a day, shouldn’t we feel good about ourselves while we’re there?
