Refund/Return and Scheduling Policy:
A full refund may be requested after purchase at any time up to the point that test kits and/or coaching program materials are ordered for or distributed to client. Due to the nature of our services, once testing kits and/or coaching materials have been distributed, no refunds will be available. Coaching and consultation appointments never expire. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend all appointments. If a client misses a scheduled appointment, client is responsible for rescheduling, however there is no additional rescheduling fee. Nourished and Grounded will give its best efforts to accommodate the scheduling requests of clients.
If you make a mistake collecting testing specimens, or if the lab refuses to accept specimens because of a mistake you made, a one-time free replacement test kit will be provided to you. Please call our office before discarding any specimens collected. Otherwise, once test kits and coaching materials are in your possession, they may not be returned and no refunds are allowed for any test kits due to safety, hygiene and accuracy concerns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, for instance cannot be returned.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
